we stayed here for my birthday and we had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Also, the location is perfect! close proximity to everything. Breakfast was well balanced and sufficient.

Excellent value for money! Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Location was great, 10 or so minutes walk to a lot of trendy restaurants and cafes in the north part of the city.

The Duty Manager at 1:30 AM helped us with so many information, The day tour by Hotel Taxi was very good. Housekeeping is good. Overall Staff is very helpful.

The location is safe and great in a quite residential neighborhood 4 blocks from park 93 where there is dinning and cafes and 10 blocks from zona Rosa. I was able to sleep great because you don’t hear traffic or cars, the windows are sound proof. Very safe neighborhood and easy to walk to la 15 a few blocks away from a laboratory to do the COVID test. Everything was super clean for the virus and I upgraded to a city and Mountain View with lots of windows. The service was excellent, Sandra and Manuel were great at reception. The restaurant seating outdoor is so beautiful they have heaters at night. The bathroom is beautiful everything looks new and contemporary like a 5 star hotel. I will stay here again! I have travel here many times and this is the best hotel.
